Honda Ridgeline Door Continue To Lock Problem

I am having an issue with the driver side door in my 2009 ridgeline.

I had a new key made at a locksmith and he could. I have replaced the battery in the fob and still no lock or unlock. The lock itself still functions fine when i use the key manually. 2006 2013 honda ridgeline key will no slide in ignition.
