How to break into a locked door with a credit card.
Opening a door with a credit card is possible because the thin material of the card is able to slip under the door bolt and simply slide it out of the way.
Bend your card towards the doorknob.
Slide the card into the vertical crack between the door and frame.
Pick a card that you don t mind losing in case it bends or is damaged in any other way.
The screw should be screwed in deeply enough that it is short enough to allow you to close the door but tall enough to prevent a credit card from fitting into the gap between the door and the doorframe.
Depending on the type of lock or how the latch plate is set this might not work.
Get a card that you don t need head outside don t forget your keys lock the door behind you and give this trick a try.
Try to tilt the card towards the doorknob so that it touches the door knob.
While you slide the card in jiggle the handle so that it goes down a little as you keep putting pressure against the barrel with the card.
Push it in as far as it will go at a ninety degree angle to the door.
Try to shove the card in as much as possible make sure the card is perpendicular to the door.
Keep sliding it in until it touches the barrel of the lock.
Again you might have trouble if the door isn t loose enough.
Insert the card into the gap between the doorknob and door frame and then slide it down next to the doorknob.
