Honda Fit Door Lock Jammed

Honda fit door lock jammed.

We do not have keyless entry. For the past week or so the lock on the driver side door has been sticky meaning it is difficult to insert a key into the lock. The general advice of spraying 10w d40 into the back door latch mechanism might work but you may need to go one step further. We really on this lock to unlock all doors of the car for our kids etc.

Getting power to the car is tricky if there s a trailer plug you could charge the battery through that or at least power up the system enough to operate the locks.
