Still making same noise so they said it was a bad actuator and replaced the one they just put in. If there is you know you have a leak and its shorting out the contacts. It is somewhat of a pain to access and replace. Went with oem part honda part number 72155 sv4 a21 160.

This will require some electrical inspection. Took care in recently because locks were making funny noise.
